Dan Healy Returns to Planet Sand.

A few years ago, Dan Healy anchored his 117-foot Everglade yacht off Sand Island. Back then, it was just a quiet visit—he came ashore, met Scott, heard the pitch, and left impressed. Something about the Maniac Men idea stuck with him.

Now he’s coming back.

Next week, he’ll be docking at DiMillo’s Wharf in Portland. He’s planning to visit Scott again, check out the island, and see what’s changed. He’s seen the article. He’s seen the new website. And apparently, he’s been playing Maniac Men YouTube videos on every TV aboard the yacht!
