Shipping Process
When you place an order, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return Policy
Should you find yourself needing to return an item, don't worry—we've got you covered. You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Simply contact us at sandkeeper@maniacmen.com with your order details and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that custom-made products or perishable goods are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
